Thank you for your continued patience as we’ve worked to bring you an improved digital experience. We’re excited to announce that our new Trust Department online portal is now live and ready for you to explore.  This updated system offers improved security and easier access to your trust account information.  New and enhanced features will continue to roll out in the coming weeks, further expanding the portal’s functionality and value to you.  Below you will find detailed instructions to help you navigate through the activation and initial login process.  If you are having trouble at any time, please call 620-672-5611 and ask for trust portal assistance.

ACTIVATION AND FIRST LOGIN PROCESS

You will navigate to:   https://tpb.accessasc.com    You should also take the time to add this URL as a bookmark for future access.

Click on “Register” – enter your email and submit.

 You will receive an activation email – click ACTIVATE ACCOUNT.

 You will create a new username, edit your first and last name if needed, and then create a new STRONG password.  Note that the password will require one Capital letter, one number, and 6 unique characters.  

 Once that process is complete you will be on the MY PROFILE page.  Take this opportunity to add your cell phone for future Multi-factor-authentication.  Click on ADD PHONE and follow the prompts.  Click SAVE.

 Once complete, you will CLOSE this tab, and then navigate in a new tab to the same URL as before https://tpb.accessasc.com and log in with your new username and password (your browser may do this automatically)

 It may ask you to confirm an authentication code to your email or cell phone, but it may skip this step if your browser is recognized. 

 It will ask you to verify your SSN.  (For some users, it may only ask for and accept an account number.  Please contact us to confirm one of your account’s six digit account numbers.)

 You should now be in the new portal and see a summary of your account or accounts.  If you click on the market value that will drill down to more detail at the asset level.

 If you are only seeing a portion of your accounts, we will need to do some quick maintenance in the system to get all of your accounts added.  Just give us a call and we can make the required changes quickly and you will see your accounts instantaneously.

 

Add your client portal as an app on your mobile device using the following instructions:

iPhone or iPad

1. Open Safari and navigate to the website you want to add

2. Tap the Share button, which looks like a square with an arrow pointing out

3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen

4. Choose a name for the shortcut

5. Tap Add

 

Android

1. Open Chrome and navigate to the website you want to add

2. Tap More to the right of the address bar

3. Tap Add to home screen

4. Choose a name for the shortcut

5. Tap Add
