Your Accounts – just a text away!

Staying up to date on your accounts is easy! With TPB’s Text Banking, your account balance or recent account history can be accessed quickly via text (SMS) message on your phone.

How does it work?

Enroll in Text Banking to receive mobile alerts. Follow these simple steps:​

  1. Log into TPB Digital Banker.
  2. From the menu, choose Manage Profile.
  3. Select Phone.
  4. Enter the number you’d like to use for text banking. Choose Device Type and Submit.
  5. Return to Manage Devices and click the arrow to the right of the number you’d like to use for text banking.
  6. Verify the number.
  7. Click SMS Text Banking ON.
  8. Follow the prompts.

After you’ve enrolled, just text one of the commands below to 662265.  Your accounts, at your fingertips!

Balance BAL Returns balance on default account
Global Balance BAL ALL Returns balance for all accounts
Balance on a favorite account BAL [NICKNAME] Returns balance on Nickname account
Activity ACT Returns activity on default account
Activity on a favorite account ACT [NICKNAME] Returns activity on a nickname account
