As a valued customer of The Peoples Bank Trust Department, we want you to be aware of an upcoming technological upgrade. Our department is converting to a new trust accounting software system on Monday, May 5, 2025. This new software has many enhanced features that will benefit both you and us. We have been working closely with our new technology partner for the past few months to ensure as little disruption as possible with the implementation of this new software system.

As part of this upgrade, you will have access to a new online portal and digital app where your account information will always be at your fingertips. You will be able to see a clear snapshot of your portfolio performance and analytics, the holdings in your account, transaction history, and files such as tax forms and statements. Additional information will follow regarding the timing of online portal availability as well as access instructions for both new and existing online users.

Your existing account online access has been suspended as of May 5th.   We will be in touch in the weeks ahead to establish your new access to our new online portal!
